Chili Pepper (medium sized)
Small Paring Knife
Cooked Bacon (cut in circular slices)
Cutting Board Preparation
Pick a chili pepper fruit, and ¼ lengths from the top crown, cut a zigzag line around the fruit using the small paring knife. Remove the top portions . Cut the circular bacon slices into two (forming semicircles) . Pick semicircular bacon and roll into a funnel shape. Tuck the pointed portion of the rolled bacon into the top portions of the chill pepper. Arrange these joined bacon and chili peppers in a circle on a plate.
