Most women naturally look way sexier and attractive with crossed legs, some of the risks she is likely to suffer for spending too much time with one knee crossing above the other include:
Peroneal Nerve paralysis/Palsy

Maintaining the same posture for a long period of time can lead to a condition known as peroneal nerve paralysis or palsy. This is also caused by sitting in the same position for hours at a time. However, as it turns out, adopting the habit of crossing legs will most likely increase your chances of suffering from peroneal nerve palsy. This prolonged compression of the (peroneal) nerve that runs along the outer part of your knee can lead to your foot “falling asleep”. In most cases, after a few seconds or minutes (depending on the individual) things usually return to normal. In very rare cases does prolonged log crossing damage the nerve, although this has more to do with an individual’s susceptibility rather than the habit itself.
